Meet Royce: ClearCut’s Graphic Designer
Royce Tolledo is ClearCut’s lead graphic designer and he is truly one of a kind. Royce is not only insanely creative, positive, and thoughtful, but also has secret skills as a semi-professional hip-hop dancer and is a talented illustrator. We are lucky to have Royce on the team and to showcase him in this employee spotlight. Learn more about Royce below through our Q&A session.
How would you describe your role at ClearCut?
I create digital designs for ClearCut and support company brand development. I work with different departments of the company on a daily basis. From digital advertisements and infographics with the Marketing department, product design and layout with Client Success, or templates and presentations with Execs and Business Operations, there isn’t a boring day!
What is your proudest moment at ClearCut?
Creating my first series of retargeting ads for ClearCut and seeing them pop up online.
What do you like most about ClearCut’s culture?
I really enjoy the authenticity of the people and how welcoming they are.
Even though I started remotely, I can sense that this company has a connection with each other and it drives the company to do better for one another.”
What are 3 words you would use to describe ClearCut?
Open, Fun, Growth
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I like to play basketball, work out or watch a good movie. If it’s warm, you can find me at some beach just relaxing.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I can crack my shoulder at will and I’m a semi-professional hip hop dancer that has danced for some Chicago artist music videos and performed for the 2020 NBA All-Star weekend in Chicago.
